How many clients can I have? ▾
Unlimited. There are no per-client fees and no tiers. Add 1 client or 200 — the price is $29/month either way.
Does FitBot send the SMS messages automatically? ▾
Not in the current version. FitBot generates the messages for you — you copy and send through your own SMS app or tool. Automated sending via Twilio is coming in v1.1 (requires A2P carrier approval which typically takes 2–3 weeks to provision).
What AI model powers the workout generator? ▾
Workout programs are generated by Claude Opus 4-6 — the most capable model Anthropic offers. Nutrition sequences use Claude Sonnet. Milestone celebrations use Claude Haiku. We match the model to the task for quality and speed.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel from your account settings anytime. No cancellation fees, no lock-ins. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel? ▾
Export your client data and programs before cancelling — we provide CSV and text exports in every section. We retain anonymized data for 30 days post-cancellation for recovery purposes.
